What I love most about my home is the timeless atmosphere that can be felt inside. Every detail tells the story of an early 19th-century house, with authentic restoration materials, terracotta floors, fine finishes, and period furniture. At the same time, it offers all the modern comforts for a stay that combines charm and practicality.

This house is unique in its kind, as it has been our home, the place where we lived and cherished precious memories. In the Lucca area, there are few homes with these characteristics, making it a special opportunity for those who want to immerse themselves in tradition with all the comforts of contemporary living.

Layout of the Indoor Spaces

On the ground floor, as you enter, you’ll find a spacious living room with a fireplace, dining table, and a cozy TV area with two comfortable sofas. The kitchen is fully equipped and has direct access to the garden and the covered patio, perfect for outdoor dining thanks to the barbecue. This floor also features a guest bathroom with a shower and washing machine.

Heading up to the first floor, there are two double bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower.

Finally, on the top floor, the attic offers a large open space with two single beds, with the possibility of adding two more upon request. From here, you can access a double bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom.

A Dreamy Outdoor Space

Outside, the fenced garden is spread over two levels, creating a peaceful oasis with breathtaking views of the pool and olive grove. The pool is located on the lower terrace and can be reached via a charming stone staircase. Guests can unwind, immerse themselves in nature, and enjoy outdoor dining in a magical atmosphere. Even on the warmest summer nights, the air remains fresh and breezy, so it's always a good idea to have a light sweater on hand.

A barbecue is available for delightful outdoor grilling, while the wood-fired oven is not in use.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire property, except for the outdoor wood-fired oven.

Other Important Information

• Final cleaning: €120,00 (to be paid in cash on site, not included in the rate).
• The kitchen must be left clean. If not cleaned, an additional charge of €50,00 will apply.
• Use of your own transportation is required.
