Indoor Spaces Layout
On the ground floor, the entrance opens into a cozy living room with a fireplace, dining table, and a TV area with a sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious, with direct access to the garden and the covered patio, where a barbecue awaits for delightful outdoor lunches and dinners. A few steps up, there is a full bathroom with a shower.
On the first floor, you will find three double bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with a shower.
On the top floor, the attic features a bedroom with two single beds and a double bedroom, along with a full bathroom with a shower.
Outdoor Spaces
The private garden, fully fenced, is spread over two terraces and overlooks two valleys, offering breathtaking views. On the lower level, the panoramic swimming pool is easily accessible via a wide and comfortable stone staircase. Next to it, a large furnished relaxation area invites guests to unwind, while in the adjacent space, there is a bathroom with a hot shower and an open-air fitness room.
The covered patio, furnished with a table and armchairs, is perfect for outdoor dining, and even on warm summer evenings, the fresh air makes every moment particularly pleasant.
Completing the property is an external annex equipped with a gym and a full bathroom, as well as a utility room with a washing machine.
The Interiors
The house is spread over three floors: on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a fireplace. On the first floor, three double bedrooms and a bathroom. An attic with a double bedroom and another twin room, along with an additional bathroom. Each floor has independent heating for maximum comfort.
Exclusive Access
The house, with its private garden and pool, is for the exclusive use of guests, who can enjoy complete privacy.

- The kitchen must be left clean. If it is not cleaned, an extra charge of €50,00 will apply.

CHECK-IN E CHECK-OUT
Check-in between 16:00 and 18:00 (if delayed, please contact us). Check-out by 10:00.
CLOSING THE HOUSE
- Turn everything off before leaving.
- Lock doors and windows.
- Return the keys: leave them on the table outside.
WASTE DISPOSAL
Make sure to separate the waste correctly into the designated containers or bags, following the provided instructions.
STEPS TO BE CLIMBED
Inside the house, there are about 12 steps to reach the first floor and the same number to reach the attic.
PET RULES
- Pets are allowed, but they cannot be washed in the house bathrooms.
- Before departure, all pet hair must be removed. This is not included in the final cleaning of the house. Otherwise, an extra cleaning charge will apply.
GENERAL RULES
- Smoking is only allowed in the garden.
- Follow the recycling calendar, you will find the instructions in the kitchen.
- Clean the kitchen and place the dishes in the dishwasher.
- Leave the used sheets and towels near the washing machine.
- Organizing parties or events within the property is not allowed.
- The pool has a large equipped relaxation area. In the nearby building, there is a bathroom with a hot shower and an outdoor fitness room.
- From 23:00 to 07:00, please maintain silence to respect the tranquility of the house and other guests.
- THE WOOD-FIRED OVEN IS NOT TO BE USED.
