Villa Petra<\/strong> is an early 19th-century residence<\/strong> where you can breathe a timeless atmosphere<\/strong>. Terracotta floors, authentic restoration materials, refined finishes and antique furniture<\/strong> tell the story of the house, while modern comforts<\/strong> ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay<\/strong>. For many years this villa was our family home<\/strong>, a place rich in memories and tradition<\/strong>, now open to guests who wish to enjoy an authentic experience in the countryside of Lucca<\/strong>.<\/p>

The house is arranged over three levels connected by internal staircases<\/strong>. On the ground floor<\/strong> there is a spacious living room with fireplace<\/strong>, TV area and dining table, as well as a fully equipped kitchen<\/strong> with direct access to the garden and outdoor porch<\/strong>, perfect for lunches and dinners al fresco<\/strong> thanks to the barbecue<\/strong>. On this floor there is also a service bathroom with shower and washing machine<\/strong>. On the first floor<\/strong> there are two double bedrooms<\/strong> and a spacious bathroom with both bathtub and shower<\/strong>. On the top floor<\/strong>, the attic<\/strong> offers a large open-space area with two single beds<\/strong>, with the possibility of adding two more upon request<\/strong>, and a double bedroom with a private bathroom<\/strong>.<\/p>

Outside, the fenced garden on two levels<\/strong> is an oasis of tranquility surrounded by nature<\/strong>, with a beautiful view over the olive grove and the private swimming pool<\/strong>. The private pool<\/strong> is located on the lower terrace<\/strong> and can be reached via a charming stone staircase<\/strong>. Here guests can relax, enjoy the view and dine outdoors<\/strong> in a unique atmosphere<\/strong>. Even on the warmest summer nights<\/strong> the air remains fresh and breezy<\/strong>, so it is always advisable to have a light sweater<\/strong> with you. A barbecue<\/strong> is available for pleasant outdoor grilling<\/strong>, while the external wood-fired oven is not available for use<\/strong>.<\/p>

Guests have access to the entire property<\/strong>, including the garden and private swimming pool<\/strong>, except for the outdoor wood-fired oven<\/strong>. Pets are allowed<\/strong>, but they must not be washed in the house bathrooms<\/strong> and pet hair must be removed before departure<\/strong>. The final cleaning fee is \u20ac120<\/strong>, to be paid in cash on site<\/strong>, and is not included in the rate<\/strong>. The kitchen must be left clean<\/strong>; otherwise an extra fee of \u20ac50<\/strong> will be charged. A private means of transport is necessary<\/strong> to stay at the villa.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
