Villa Torre<\/strong> is an early 19th-century historic residence<\/strong> that preserves the authentic charm of Tuscan homes<\/strong>, with original materials, terracotta floors, period finishes and traditional furnishings<\/strong>, combined with modern comforts<\/strong> for a relaxing and welcoming stay<\/strong>. Located in the heart of a small Tuscan village<\/strong>, this house offers a unique atmosphere<\/strong>, perfect for those who wish to experience the tranquility of the countryside<\/strong> without giving up the proximity to the city of Lucca<\/strong>.<\/p>

The villa is arranged over three levels connected by internal staircases<\/strong>. On the ground floor<\/strong> there is the fully equipped kitchen<\/strong> and the living room with fireplace<\/strong>, a welcoming space ideal for relaxing moments. On the intermediate floor<\/strong> there is one bathroom<\/strong>, while on the first floor<\/strong> there are three double bedrooms and one bathroom<\/strong>. On the top level<\/strong>, in the attic<\/strong>, there are one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and an additional bathroom<\/strong>, offering space and comfort for groups or large families<\/strong>. Each floor has independent heating<\/strong> to guarantee maximum comfort in every season<\/strong>.<\/p>

Outside, the private and fully fenced garden<\/strong> overlooks two beautiful valleys<\/strong>, offering a suggestive panoramic view<\/strong>. The private panoramic swimming pool<\/strong>, located on the lower terrace<\/strong> and reachable via a comfortable stone staircase<\/strong>, is surrounded by a relaxation area with sun loungers<\/strong>. Next to the pool there is a room with bathroom and hot shower<\/strong>, as well as a space dedicated to outdoor fitness<\/strong>. The covered porch with table and armchairs<\/strong> is perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners<\/strong>, while the barbecue<\/strong> allows guests to organize pleasant grilling moments<\/strong>. Even during the warmest summer evenings<\/strong>, the air remains fresh and breezy<\/strong>, creating a particularly pleasant atmosphere<\/strong>.<\/p>

Guests have access to the entire property<\/strong>, including the garden and private swimming pool<\/strong>, ensuring maximum privacy and tranquility<\/strong>. The villa also has private parking with two parking spaces<\/strong>.<\/p>

The final cleaning fee is \u20ac120<\/strong>, to be paid in cash on site<\/strong>, and is not included in the rate<\/strong>. The kitchen must be left clean<\/strong>; otherwise an extra fee of \u20ac50<\/strong> will be charged. Pets are allowed<\/strong>, but they cannot be washed in the house bathrooms<\/strong> and pet hair must be removed before departure<\/strong>.
