Villa Torre

Villa Torre is an early 19th-century historic residence that preserves the authentic charm of Tuscan homes, with original materials, terracotta floors, period finishes and traditional furnishings, combined with modern comforts for a relaxing and welcoming stay. Located in the heart of a small Tuscan village, this house offers a unique atmosphere, perfect for those who wish to experience the tranquility of the countryside without giving up the proximity to the city of Lucca.

The villa is arranged over three levels connected by internal staircases. On the ground floor there is the fully equipped kitchen and the living room with fireplace, a welcoming space ideal for relaxing moments. On the intermediate floor there is one bathroom, while on the first floor there are three double bedrooms and one bathroom. On the top level, in the attic, there are one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and an additional bathroom, offering space and comfort for groups or large families. Each floor has independent heating to guarantee maximum comfort in every season.

Outside, the private and fully fenced garden overlooks two beautiful valleys, offering a suggestive panoramic view. The private panoramic swimming pool, located on the lower terrace and reachable via a comfortable stone staircase, is surrounded by a relaxation area with sun loungers. Next to the pool there is a room with bathroom and hot shower, as well as a space dedicated to outdoor fitness. The covered porch with table and armchairs is perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners, while the barbecue allows guests to organize pleasant grilling moments. Even during the warmest summer evenings, the air remains fresh and breezy, creating a particularly pleasant atmosphere.

Guests have access to the entire property, including the garden and private swimming pool, ensuring maximum privacy and tranquility. The villa also has private parking with two parking spaces.

The final cleaning fee is €120, to be paid in cash on site, and is not included in the rate. The kitchen must be left clean; otherwise an extra fee of €50 will be charged. Pets are allowed, but they cannot be washed in the house bathrooms and pet hair must be removed before departure. To reach the villa it is necessary to use your own means of transport.
